Franchise Paralegal The candidate will work with the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Will assist and support all aspects of a busy corporate practice, including: franchising and regulatory compliance matters, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and commercial lease transactions. Must have 7+ years of franchise and corporate transactional experience. Should have experience in redlining and finalizing documents for execution, entity formation, lien and other searches, online research, maintaining tracking systems for registration renewals, supplemental filings and deadlines, working with high-volume documents, due diligence, drafting of FDD's, franchise and area development agreements and other business agreements, and comment letter responses. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent typing, document/contract and organizational skills.
