Paralegal Clerk Responsibilities: Draft page/line deposition summaries. Conduct general online research using Lexis/Westlaw. Review and summarize insurance policies. Prepare appendices and form correspondence. Write memos or reports, as well as document production. Prepare and organize documents for litigation, including depositions and trials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Prior professional or office experience; experience with a law firm is a plus. Strong verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills. Knowledge of litigation process and documents preferred. Experience with 1st party property damage cases is a plus. Must be detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects for different attorneys. Must demonstrate the ability to adhere to deadlines. Must communicate and cooperate with all members of a case team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
