Immigration Attorney The candidate will assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States. Will prepare petitions and applications for submission to USCIS and the DOL for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Supervise the work of paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation. Other duties as required. Experience working on EB-1B, National Interest Waiver and PERM Labor Certification cases preferred. Must have 2+ years of business and family immigration experience. Must be Member of State Bar. Note: This temporary/contract period may last up to six (6) months, and it is expected that the position will require 20 hours a week.
