Junior Paralegal The candidate will work for fast-paced patent prosecution practice. Duties include maintaining a prosecution docket, preparing and electronically filing various documents with the US Patent Office, supporting a team of patent attorneys as part of a corps of seasoned paralegals, and directly interfacing with clients to facilitate prosecution of their patent applications. Should have 3-5 years experience in domestic patent prosecution. Must have solid understanding of US Patent Office rules and procedures. Knowledge of foreign prosecution preferred. Familiarity with patent-related databases is needed.
