Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications in addition to L-1 intracompany transfer petitions. Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain and organize client documentation. Independently prepares documents to assist attorneys with matters. Review complex legal documents. Compile and analyze case facts. Determine and calendar deadlines. Communicate with clients and visa beneficiaries. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Should have 5+ years of paralegal experience working in a high volume business immigration practice.
