Seeking Transactional Attorney, Part-time with 5+ years' experience in 2+ areas of real estate, estate planning, partnership and corporate tax planning and international transactions. Candidate must have the ability (and desire) to help as needed in this varied spectrum of activity. Must have a strong academic background and preferably a Master s or equivalent in taxation. Must be highly motivated with excellent writing and analytic skills. Fluency in Mandarin would be helpful. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills also required.
