Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of a lawsuit from drafting pleadings, reports and motions to taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, handling mediations/arbitrations and potential trials. Manage own caseload including all aspects of discovery and trial. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for clients. Conduct depositions. Respond to discovery demands. Ability to conduct discover and draft motions. Ability to present cases in court, argue motions and appeals. Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Track and enter time for billing purposes. Must have 3-5 years experience practicing in Westchester County preferred and personal injury experience. Trial Experience a plus. Must be admitted to New York State Bar.
