Associate Attorney - Collections The candidate will be working primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. Will entail managing cases from inception to completion, reviewing court pleadings, and court attendance. Bachelor s Degree with JD Degree required. Admitted to practice in Oregon. Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred. Admission to practice law in the states of Oregon, admission in Washington and Alaska is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
