Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery. Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process. Drafting Discovery Responses. Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence. Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses. Calendaring litigation timelines. Conducting status update calls with clients. Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests. Assisting in trial preparation. Should have 3 years of litigation experience. The most qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of personal injury experience (both pre-litigation and litigation).
