Seeking Paralegal with 3-5 years' complex litigation experience. The candidate will serve a variety of clients, including large state institutional investors, hedge funds, and money managers - in seeking recoveries for investment losses emanating from fraud and other wrongdoing at publicly traded companies. Should be self-motivated and have an active desire to learn (or continue) to be on the plaintiffs' side in shareholder litigation. Strong organizational skills needed along with an understanding of case dockets is a must. The ability to cite check, create tables, and generally edit pleadings for grammar and formatting is required.
