Labor and Employment Practice Attorney The candidate will join labor and employment practice. As a Practice Attorney in the labor and employment practice, play an integral member of the department, and gain meaningful experience working with attorneys and fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities performed may include: legal research, drafting position statements, witness or fact investigations, discovery work, and motion practice. Deal with day to day advice work, including preparing and revising employment policies of all types. Must have prior law firm experience, at least 3 years of prior employment law experience and be admitted to the Bar in North Carolina.
