Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and be experienced in all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to trial, including responses to discovery, trial preparation, expert disclosure, etc. Should be able to prepare and respond to all discovery and pleadings; trial subpoenas; expert disclosure, etc. Must have excellent computer, writing and organizational skills. Experience with Word Perfect and Trialworks Case Management system a plus.
