Entry-Level or Mid-Level Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will work primarily in motion picture legal delivery and will be trained in firm s practices and procedures. Will manage the duties that include reviewing various types of contracts (rights agreements, talent agreements, music, insurance, credits, etc.) and liaising with clients, producers, attorneys, and guilds. Must have some experience in film/TV legal or business affairs, or in transactional entertainment law, but we would also consider a quick-learning enthusiastic candidate with experience who is eager to learn the business-legal side of the entertainment business.
