Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years current complex litigation experience. Must gave experienced in state and federal e-filing requirements. Should be proficient with deposition and trial prep. Must be docketing and electronic calendaring software. Should have legal and medical terminology.Must have extensive experience with medical records. Must be proficient with Rules 16 and 26. Should have ability to manage a high volume workload with critical deadlines.
