Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will assist attorneys during the settlement process; file court documents and serve documents, help prepare motions, discovery, etc.; prepare Minor's Compromise petitions, speak with clients and give updates; and other paralegal and legal assistant/law clerk work. Should have 1+ years of personal injury and 2+ years of legal assistant experience. Experience in Personal Injury law is required. Previous customer service experience is required. Spanish skills are required.
