Senior Paralegal The candidate must have a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. Should have 5+ years of work experience with family law and familiarity with preparing, assembling, and filing Judicial Counsel Forms using West Law Legal Solutions or similar document assembling program is required. Should possess excellent writing skills, grammar and spelling skills, in addition to excellent communication skills with the ability to perform legal research and legal analysis. Experience with programs such as West Law, Legal Solutions, Lois Law, Timeslips and other similar legal programs is also a plus. Family Law experience is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus. Civil, Criminal and PI experience is also a plus.
