Business Immigration Staff Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of business immigration experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN and O) and permanent residence processing experience (PERM, I140, AOS filings).Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Foreign language skills are a plus.
