Patent Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience working as a patent attorney/agent, to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Preferred candidates will hold a USPTO license, with at least 2 years' experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Work closely with the firm's partners, who are committed to ensuring the associate's professional growth. Attorney candidates will have opportunities to work on projects representing the full scope of our firm's practice, including intellectual property licensing and litigation. Candidate must be self-motivated and independent. Experience drafting and prosecuting patents in the mechanical and/or electrical arts are required. Working with invention disclosures from clients are required. Excellent technical writing skills are required. Excellent communication skills are required. Strong attention to detail are required.
