Senior Immigration Paralegal Candidate will work directly with clients under attorney supervision to prepare a variety of immigration related applications, including asylum declarations, 601 & 601A waivers, Cancellation of Removal applications, and Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) petitions for Spanish speaking clientele. Draft motions, conduct research for appeal briefs and prepare family-based applications. Qualifications: Associate's Degree with 2 years' legal writing experience. Must be able to work effectively under deadline and in hectic environment. Good writing skills are required.
