Senior Insurance Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 -10 years litigation experience working with State and Federal cases. Experience with all stages of litigation, including use of current e-discovery database tools, modern e-filing practices, and trial preparation activities required. Experience working at trial or arbitration proceedings preferred. Must have ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with individuals at all levels of the firm in an appropriate and professional manner; strong service orientation, sense of accountability and attention to detail. Must have ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously; work equally well as part of a team in both a leadership and subordinate role; and excellent organizational skills. Ability to provide information with courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality is required. Ability to manage staff who fulfill a variety of job roles is needed. A bachelor s/Master's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Must have concise and accurate written communication skills. Must have precise verbal communication skills. Customer service attitude and demeanor; and must be bilingual. Must have strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Aderant/Client Profile legal software a plus.
