Corporate Transactional Attorney (Part-Time) The candidate will work directly with our client's in-house general counsel and CLOs, high level executives, and fast-growing emerging companies in a variety of industries on complex commercial agreements, including negotiating strategic third-party vendor deals, service agreements, software / IP licensing and consulting contracts. Must have Bar Admission. Should be comfortable participating in cross-functional and internationally distributed teams. Should be comfortable negotiating with opposing counsel. Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow-through, and meet deadlines.
