Health Care Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in health care law to assist with regulatory, compliance, licensing, employment, and transactional matters. Should have working knowledge of state and federal licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of participation, and fraud and abuse laws. Must be authorized to practice law in Michigan. Strong desire to improve knowledge of health care law is required. A Master of Laws degree in health care law is preferred.
