Wealth Preservation Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be expected to prepare and file pleadings, draft client correspondence, perform document review, assist with discovery, and maintain a calendar of docket events and deadlines. Should have 4 years of litigation experience. Should preferably have experience in a trusts and estates practice, with a focus on fiduciary and tax litigation. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to manage a diverse caseload with little supervision, and be willing to work overtime as needed. Must have at least two of the following four criteria: (1) 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm; (2) Bachelor's degree; (3) Paralegal certificate; (4) Certified Legal Assistant.
