Temporary Special Education Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in drafting due process complaints and reviewing educational materials that include IEP related documents and psychoeducation documents. Should have the ability to discern issues and provide factual support and prepare work product in an expedient polished manner. A strong understanding of the IDEA and current Ninth Circuit Decisions is important. Other Administrative Law experience is a plus.
