Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years experience in all aspects of injury litigation (Plaintiff and/or Defense experience), including preparing for and assisting/attending civil jury trials. Experience should also include drafting motions, reviewing and responding to discovery, reviewing and summarizing medical records, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings. Spanish speaking is a plus. Experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.
