Paralegal/Personal Injury Case Manager The candidate will provide "World Class Customer Service" to clients and assist the attorneys by handling matters including to client interviews, acquiring records, providing updates to the client for Pre-litigation & Litigation Cases; Maintaining the Clients file; Performs calendar scheduling; Obtains files from previous attorneys for on-boarding clients: and Schedules demand consults. Must at all times safeguard and protect the clients right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the clients confidential information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations as appropriate. Must have 1 year of personal injury experience. Excellent computer skills are required. Substantial client contact is required. Must have great communication skills and the ability to give world-class customer service. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Paralegal certification is highly desirable. Related work experience as noted above is required. Should have demonstrated ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required by the firm including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated ability to understand and become knowledgeable of required firm work instructions and policies & procedures.
