Associate Attorney The candidate will have broad experience with civil litigation, criminal law, and/or all types of labor & employment matters, including: administrative hearings before city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Admission to the California Bar, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent writing skills are required. Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations preferred.
