Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will receive assignments from multiple partners and have the ability to independently prioritize assignments, work on a number of assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines. Make court appearances independently and handle various family law hearings on behalf of clients. Work well independently and as a team and verbally communicate clearly, skillfully, and discreetly with clients, Opposing Counsel, experts, consultants, etc. Work effectively with legal secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys. Must be licensed to practice law in California. Should have 3+ years of licensed family law experience. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with DissoMaster, Essential Forms, and Lawgic. Excellent research skills are required.
