Tax Attorney The candidate will communicate with clients and overseeing case to resolution. Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases. Complete and close cases on a weekly basis. The candidate must have Bar licensed Attorney in good standing. Must have 1+ year of Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills are required. Must be self-sufficient and well organized with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and also within a team. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize a must. Must have willingness to take ownership of job responsibilities and accountable for caseload.
