Business Immigration Associate Attorney (IV) The candidate will manage a high-volume caseload including but not limited to PERM applications, I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131. Draft, review and/or revise petitions/applications, PERM Labor Certification audit responses and RFEs for filing with USCIS. Effectively manage client relationships and supervise a team of paralegals for high-volume clients. Conduct in depth legal research to support client requests and projects. Explain sophisticated immigration concepts and present strategic solutions for clients. Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents. Assess and evaluate client's immigrant visa eligibility. Support clients in immigration program management and compliance. Utilize web-based immigration case management systems and database continuously and accurately. U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) is required. Should have 3+ years of business immigration attorney work experience. Member of a state bar and in good standing with the associated State Bar association is required.
