Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate will join a real estate and creditor's rights practice. Will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance in managed areas. Must have 3+ years of experience handling REO residential real estate transactions. Should be a member of the Georgia Bar. Strong experience in title insurance underwriting, curative and claims is required. Foreclosure experience or knowledge is helpful. Strong background managing non-attorney closing personnel is needed. Familiarity with closing software and REO client software would be a plus.
