Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years experience handling all aspects of primarily civil defense litigation matters. Will also consider attorneys with background on the Plaintiff's side. Take a case from inception to conclusion including, but not limited to, the primary handling of the following: Preparing and filing pleadings, obtaining and reviewing medical records, attending and participating in depositions and/or trials, rendering coverage opinions.
