Attorney The candidate will work for a National debt relief law firm providing consumer protection and debt relief services to the public. Will be providing aid to clients utilizing various methods against creditor claims and issues regarding consumer debt. Will be responsible for negotiating with creditors on behalf of each client. Each client has an average of 5 or more settlements. Experience practicing consumer protection, debt relief, bankruptcy , or any type of litigation a plus. At least 1 year of experience in FDCPA litigation matters, Consumer Protection, Of Counsel, Attorney, Bankruptcy, Debt Relief or Civil Litigation preferred. Bachelor's preferred. Work authorization in the United States preferred.
