Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - Junior Level The candidate should have 2 years experience. Large law firm or established boutique experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates have experience with preparing motions and discovery and a strong interest in building writing, deposition, and oral advocacy skills directly from seasoned litigation partners. Clerkship experience preferred. Requirements also include excellent academic credentials; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, of the California Bar.
