Associate Attorney The candidate will handle challenging and interesting case load on an independent but supervised basis. Strong writing, issue spotting and legal research skills. Ability to effectively meet deadlines and exercise independent judgment. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary. Should have 3-10 years of civil litigation experience to handle cases involving construction, personal injuries, premises liability and other areas of general casualty. Insurance coverage/ insurance defense experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree with JD and admission to the bar in Colorado. 2 years of prior litigation experience.
