Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will be handling personal injury cases such as products liability cases, nursing home accidents, motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, trucking cases, dog bite cases, etc. Said associate will be responsible for both pre-litigation as well as current pending cases in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, Kane County, Kankakee County, Lake County, and Carroll County. The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in the plaintiff personal injury field. Must speak Spanish and is preferred to have litigation experience. Must passed the Illinois Bar. Must be currently Licensed to practice in Illinois. Experience with data entry with regard to medical billing statements and medical records are essential. Should have experience with discovery and motion practice. Should have experience in lien negotiations.
