Associate Tax Attorney Candidate will assist with resolution of challenging tax-related matters, including: Tax court litigation; All aspects of tax resolution, such as collections, appeals, innocent spouse, installment agreements, offers in compromise, FBAR, seizures, audits, 1031 exchanges, fraud and criminal investigations, liens, valuations, and penalty abatement; Business formation, transactions, internal issues, and employment taxation; Probate matters; and Wealth planning. The candidate will have 3+ years experience with a reputable law firm and will hold an LL.M. in taxation or will hold an active CPA license. Should be well-informed about tax procedures and possess strong writing abilities, adept oral advocacy, and highly developed interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interview clients, analyze facts and data.
