Associate Attorney The candidate must be admitted to the DC bar (or eligible to waive in), with Maryland and/or Virginia admission as a plus. Should be a Construction Law Associate with 3 years of experience with commercial litigation, commercial construction, and/or government contracts experience to join our Washington, D.C. office. Experience representing contractors on public and private projects, in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards.
