Paralegal - Workers' Compensation The candidate will assist attorneys in Workers Compensation Practice Group. Responsibilities include organizing and summarizing medical records, coordinating litigated files, communicating frequently with clients and other parties involved in cases, drafting correspondence and certain Industrial Commission forms, discovery, scheduling/calendaring mediations, and depositions. Should preferably have a bachelor's degree, experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Outlook, and have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
