Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will assume a significant role in the business immigration practice. Should have a J.D. degree and be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, should meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Should preferably have 3+ years of business immigration experience. Extensive experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas preferred. Must have experience in a high-volume business immigration work environment. Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required.
