Litigation Paralegal The candidate performs research to assist partners, counsel, associates and other firm personnel to include tracking of FCPA enforcement actions and data and research on current or potential clients. Provides support to the FCPA practice group to include managing filing of all relevant FCPA documents in the various FCPA internal databases, to include updates to Desksite. Monitors news via our standard news alerts and via general internet searching. Organization of department files for individual attorneys. Provide support to the PTAB group to include assistance with preparation of filings, cite checking of briefs and other documents to be filed, and assistance with electronic filing. General litigation paralegal duties to include binder preparation, research, electronic file maintenance, etc. Work on special projects and performs other departmental duties as assigned. Must have Bachelors degree from an accredited university of college. Should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent research, written, interpersonal and verbal communications skills required. Must have strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business application skills as well as cite checking experience.
