Bilingual Criminal Defense Paralegal The candidate will effectively communicate to potential clients why they should hire us. Keep current clients up to date on their cases. Work with attorneys and court to make sure clients receive the best customer service experience. Work closely with other employees to achieve firm goals. Opportunity for advancement and additional responsibility. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience working with criminal clients or criminal matters. A four-year college degree is a plus. Should have excellent Customer Service/Sales skills. Should have the ability to effectively work with and manage others. Should be a 'people person as well as a good communicator. Should be able to manage tasks well independent of supervision. Should have very organized and high-level attention to detail. Should be hardworking and likable since you will be working closely with others in our office. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
