Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on document drafting, e-filing, heavy case management functions and proficiency with NYCAL. Must have Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate. Experience of 4+ years in defending toxic tort and asbestos claims filed in the NY court system is required. General computer literacy, an ability to work independently as well as with a team and sound time management skills are necessary. Must possess a bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate and solid references from prior and/or existing employment.
