Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist 2 to 3 attorneys in an paralegal role. Work on a variety of interesting cases. Preparing and following up on subpoenas and other third-party discovery. Summarizing medical records. Drafting form discovery. Preparing motions. Coordinating with experts and scheduling IME's. Summarizing depositions. Social media searches. Billing time using legal/time management software. Should have 3-5 years of law office experience. Must have paralegal certification. Experience in bodily injury and wrongful death matters (e.g., premises liability, trucking, automobile negligence, medical malpractice) is strongly preferred. A professional demeanor with clients is a must.
