Legal Secretary The candidate will provide all administrative and office support. Schedule and manage litigation calendar. Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders. Daily intake, reading and responding to, and filing, emails, correspondence, and faxes. File, organization, and maintenance of case files (electronically). Prepare discovery and other litigation templates. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing attorneys and staff. The candidate must have 10 years of relevant experience and 3 years of Apple products and software, and Adobe Acrobat experience; excellent organizational skills - very detail-oriented; use Apple products and software (Mac, IPad, etc.); knowledge and strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Yahoo Mail; experience in preparing pleadings, tables, experience using various court e-filing systems; knowledge of file and record keeping procedures in the legal field; great work references; self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented skills.
