Associate Attorney Duties: Design and build solutions for retired and elderly clients that meet their goals and address their concerns. Addressing issues like probate, taxes and long-term care. Managing the case and team members and providing that ongoing support. Backbone of firm as provide exceptional estate planning and elder care legal services to our clients and thus ensure continued success. Play a pivotal role by helping to bring in new clients. Spent networking, community involvement and participating at our educational workshops. Requirements: Admission to the Ohio Bar. Elder Law or Estate Planning Experience Preferred. Experience in estate planning or elder care law would be a plus. Excellent communication skills. Good listener and team-player. Flexible and resilient in an ever-evolving atmosphere. Enthusiastic problem solver with a positive attitude. Take ownership and accept accountability for own decisions.
