Litigation Paralegal - Civil Rights The candidate will be responsible for cases from their inception to completion including meeting with clients, preparing new client intake forms, requesting medical records, responding and propounding to discovery, submitting electronic court filings (federal (CM/ECF) and state e-filing), calendaring deadlines, trial preparation tasks, basic law and motion experience is a plus and a variety of other tasks including reception duties as needed. Prior law office or internship experience preferred (prefer personal injury and/or civil litigation background). Federal litigation experience is a plus.
