Collection Litigation Attorney (Part-Time) Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and other litigation-related documents. Prepare post-judgment documents including writs of execution, wage garnishment applications and information subpoenas. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and Courts. Attend motion hearing, mediations and arbitrations. Assist with new client intake. Qualifications: Licensed in the State of New Jersey. Admission in the State of New York is a plus. Experience in collection litigation is preferred.
