Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate work for firm that concentrates in serious personal injury and wrongful death claims relating to aviation accidents, defective products, and medical negligence. Assist the firm's attorneys in all phases of preparing and developing claims for settlement or trial. Duties will include client contact, assistance in preparing discovery, pleadings, and motions, e-filing, deposition scheduling, and other general tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Should have Bachelors Degree and more than 3 years legal experience.
