Tax Attorney The candidate will be communicating with clients and overseeing case to resolution. Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases. Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis. Should be Bar licensed Attorney in good standing. 1+ years of Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Minimum of 1-year experience in Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy preferred.
